After submitting the documents, you can check your stamping status with two different ways for ensuring that is your visa is stamped or not. You can check it on the Enjaz website, an official website of KSA. These simple ways are as follow;

1. Check work visa stamping status by using the application number

2. Check work visa stamping status by using the passport number

1- Check work visa stamping status by using the application number

You may check by entering your application number on the official Website of Enjaz.

Steps to follow are;

Step 1: Open the official Enjaz Website

Step 2: Choose the “Applied Application” option from the “Searching for” tab

Step 3: Put the “Application Number”

Step 4: Enter the “Passport Number” in the following box

The result appeared on the next page

Stamped Visa

If a page opens containing all complete visa details plus a picture of the applicant, it means that it’s a stamped visa. However, in the case of a work visa, you’ll see two bar codes that ensure it’s a stamped visa.

Un-stamped Visa

You will see an error message on the next page instead of complete visa details. It may come due to not verifying documents or any problem while filling out the application form. Further, the following two possibilities are;

•           Passport not stamped of the applicant

•           The entered information isn’t correct

2- Check work visa stamping status by using the passport number

The second way is to check it with the passport number on the official website (Enjaz).

Steps to follow are;

Step 1: Open the official Enjaz Website

Step 2: Enter the “Passport Number” in the respective box

Step 3: Select the “Visa Type”

Step 4: now, select the city from where you requested

The result appeared on the next page

Two possible situations; Stamped Visa or un-stamped visa

Stamped Visa

Can we Check work visa stamping status by using MOFA Website?

The MOFA website itself doesn’t update your passport’s work visa stamping status if you apply outside the KSA. So only a person who applied while living in Saudi Arabia at that time can see stamping status via MOFA. In this case, only a person who applied visa for his family visit will check it on the website. However, Work visa stamping status isn’t checked because they are outsiders.
